Tim O’Connor

Managing Member


  1. A former Master Golf Instructor for Arnold Palmer and Member of the PGA of America, Tim helps business owners and executives lead their companies to success by drawing on his experience with teaching world-class golfers how to strategize and execute their way around a golf course at the highest levels of competition.


  2. Tim began building companies in 1999 when he successfully launched the Key Account Division for a small technology manufacturer in Silicon Valley by “doing the impossible” when he attracted and penetrated several Fortune 500 clients who were thought to be out of reach. 


  3. After relocating to Atlanta, GA, Tim became the Director of Business Development for a marketing services company where he forged strategic relationships with Yahoo! and uBid.com.  Eventually, he began working for small to mid-sized business owners and members of the M&A community who taught him how to plant new companies, turn struggling ones around, and manage growth from an investors point of view in various industries. 


  4. Tim has a Marketing degree with a Professional Golf Management major from Mississippi State University, is a member of the American Marketing Association as well as the International Franchise Association, is a public speaker to entrepreneurial organizations about Building Valuable Companies, and mentors college students on things he wishes someone had told him when he was their age. 


  5. Tim is a member of the Board of Trustees for ISI, a ministry made up of business owners & executives desiring a Christian peer group for workplace ministry.  He lives in Cumming, GA with his wife Stephanie and their two sons, Logan and Luke.
